Give to Rotary Programs

We would welcome financial support for our Rotary programs, and there are two tax deductible 501c3 foundations that you might consider supporting.

The Wilmington West Rotary Foundation is our club's community service primary fundraising vehicle.  All monies that support our community projects are channeled through this tax-free foundation. 

In Fiscal Year 2010-2011, we will support several of the initiatives below:

      Provide Spanish to English Dictionaries to a local Elementary School

      Provide Holiday Stocking to members of our armed services  (items are donated by club

      members, but the foundation pays for shipping)

      Provide Funding to Amistad Mission in Bolivia; provide medical hospital supplies to Kenya; 

      Africa; and, provide support to the Nativity Miquel Network

      Provide Funding to Camp Fairlee (Easter Seals), and "Dope Help", an anti-drug school program

The Rotary Foundation is a wonderful place to donate your money and make a difference in our communities and in our world.  The list of programs that Rotary International supports is endless, but perhaps the most famous is our Polio Eradication effort known as "Polio Plus" which has nearly ended Polio, and will most certainly end Polio throughout the world over the next several years.
